HTML CSS JAVA Website editing Creation

i am a beginner coder and i am working on a website.

My CSS style sheet has become messy and elements on the website are not working as intended and i do not the know best way to resolve. issues include

Homepage
*Nav bar link location not in correct place
*Couple of buttons not located as intended on home page

About Page
*Donation buttons to be moved and centered.
*Image to be moved in allignment


Projects page
*Search function within same page. Once user enters phrase and hits enter the page will highlight all the results, similar to Ctrl + F.
*implement Listing snippet Code which will be presented.
*implement text box and smaller text box which are aligned. Examples will be provided
*Implement Star rating with comment section which calculates each vote and recalculates the overal average.
Examples will be provided and Code presented.



Help Page
*implement Thumbs up and Thumbs Down feature for help page. code will be presented

General Webapge
*each section worked on needs to annotated so i can update if need be for future reference.
*website is responsive but Nav bar isnt and gets lost when you shrink screen. Ensure webpage is responsive after updates.
*Logo embedded into footer

**if possible without backend to setup Email signup and Contact form** THIS REQUIREMENT IS NOT IMPORTANT AND IS NOT REFLECTED IN CURRENT PRICE. if possible i will increase bid


The bulk of the website is complied so I do not deem this a fresh new creation project but rather an update.
Project to be completed as soon as possible.
