HTML5/CSS Front End Web Developer Needed

We are an entertainment company in Las Vegas seeking an HTML/CSS front end web developer for part time employment. Our production company owns and operates a number of gay and bi-sexual themed adult websites. We are looking for an individual who is skilled with HAND CODED HTML and CSS. Experience with responsive CSS is essential. This individual should be extremely detail oriented and able to write clean code that can be w3c validated. This person will be provided with PDFs and existing web designs and will be tasked to transform those into HTML and CSS code that matches the source material. This individual must have excellent communication skills via phone, email, IM, etc. and be able to work with the backend PHP web developer. Additional skills that would be helpful, but not required: jQuery, ReactJS, Node.js, video editing and graphic/banner creation.
