I am looking for a skilled HTML and CSS developer to create 30-35 responsive web pages for my project. The design should be modern, clean, and fully responsive across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
Project Requirements:
Page Development:
Create 30-35 web pages based on provided wireframes or design mockups (if available).
Ensure all pages are visually consistent with a cohesive design theme.
Responsive Design:
Ensure all pages are fully responsive and work seamlessly across different screen sizes and browsers.
Follow best practices for responsive web design.
Code Quality:
Use clean, well-structured, and commented HTML and CSS code.
Follow W3C standards for HTML and CSS.
Avoid using unnecessary frameworks unless approved.
Additional Features (if applicable):
Implement animations or transitions where necessary to enhance the user experience.
Ensure accessibility standards are met (e.g., ARIA roles).
Preferred Skills:
Strong expertise in HTML5 and CSS3.
Experience with responsive frameworks like Bootstrap (optional).
Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
