HTML/CSS/JS Conversion from Figma Design

I am looking for a highly experienced frontend developer to convert a Figma design into clean, pixel-perfect, and fully responsive HTML/CSS/JS code.

IMPORTANT:

Only apply if you have strong, proven experience with Figma to code conversion.

I have already hired 4 developers who failed to meet the standard.

I will only pay if the final result is perfect, not approximate.

Requirements:
Expert in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (Vanilla)

Must be able to match the Figma design exactly – pixel perfect

Fully responsive layout on mobile, tablet, desktop (test on all breakpoints)

Clean, well-organized code structure (comments, class naming, etc.)

Must test on multiple browsers and devices

Experience with Figma inspection tool (spacing, typography, assets, etc.)

Able to communicate clearly, provide updates, and deliver on time

Tech Stack:
HTML5 / CSS3 (no page builders)

JavaScript (no frameworks unless approved)

Responsive design with Flexbox/Grid

Optional: Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap (if allowed)

Deliverables:
All frontend code files

Responsive and pixel-perfect result

Tested on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
