HRMS Development & Enhancement
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I am upgrading our internal Human Resource Management System and need a Java-Oracle specialist who can either build from scratch or refine the existing codebase. Core functions—employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, role-based access, holiday calendars and a reporting dashboard—must run smoothly, look clean on any device and follow solid validation and security practices.
Scope of custom work
The base feature set is largely defined, yet I do need moderate customization. In particular, a Performance Evaluation module should be added with automated reminders and notifications that link naturally with the rest of the platform.
Tech environment
• Front end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP
• Back end: Java with Servlets
• Database: Oracle 11g (open to later versions if you recommend)
Deliverables
1. Fully functional HRMS (source + build scripts) running on the stack above
2. Responsive UI with intuitive navigation for Admin, HR and Employees
3. Performance Evaluation flow with scheduled email/alert reminders
4. Unit-tested, well-commented code and deployment guide
5. Short hand-over session or documentation so my team can maintain the system
Acceptance criteria
– All CRUD operations and payroll calculations must complete without errors under normal load
– Login and role checks must pass OWASP top-10 related tests
– Evaluation reminders trigger on time and respect user notification settings
– No critical bugs in UAT; response time for dashboard queries under two seconds for 1,000 employee dataset
Timeline is flexible; we’ll set realistic milestones together before kickoff. If you have delivered HRMS or other enterprise Java applications, I would appreciate seeing a brief demo or reference.
