Graphic Design Portfolio Website

I'm looking for a skilled web developer to help me complete my portfolio website. The primary purpose of this website is to showcase my graphic design work samples.

General page designs have been created - i just need help to refine and complete the mobile design and all the small adjustments to refine the site in both DTP and mobile.

Applicants should have a good design eye for finnesse of site.

Requirements:
- layout snagging between DTP>Tablet>Mobile
- Mobile responsiveness
- SEO optimization
- Additional ad hoc support for updates/changes
