Grab html template from site

I need html template one site. I cant do it with HTTRACK. I think it needs to grab every pages one by one occurately. Needs place all css, js, images files accurately inside folder. Clear unnecessary codes from html like google tag manager and other codes. I will say site name after talking more about project. If happens some bugs
like size problem, font problem and other problem on grabbed html needs to fix this.
