GitHub-based blog (Jekyll)

I am looking for a developer with experience in creating a GitHub-based blog using Jekyll. While I don't have a specific design in mind, I have some ideas that I would like to incorporate. Additionally, I have specific features that I would like to include on my blog, such as a search bar and social media integration. The main purpose of my blog is for personal blogging. Ideal skills for this project include proficiency in Jekyll, CSS, and HTML. Experience with GitHub and understanding of SEO best practices would also be beneficial.
