Frontend Vue.Js developer to style an existing application

I am looking for a frontend Vue.Js developer who can style an existing application. The specific requirements for this project include component and element styling changes.
Figma figma design to follow will be provided, so it is essential for the developer to adhere to the design guidelines provided. There are 6 screens total including login, fairly straight forward. See attached image for screen designs outline.
