I'm looking for a seasoned Frontend UI design professional who is adept at writing custom CSS, Bootstrap, and JS styles. The objective of the project is to fix two specific UI components to align with a reference design and to enhance carousel components.

Key Tasks:
- Analyze existing CSS and apply it appropriately
- Fixing the navigation bar and the footer
- Working on form elements, buttons, and modals/pop-ups
- Primarily focusing on fixing and designing carousel components
- Ensuring carousel components display text and images correctly

Ideal Skills:
