Front-end implementation of 1 page website

Looking for a front-end developer who can implement a website designed in Adobe XD to a front-end website.
Technologies:
1 - only HTML, CSS, JS will be preferred.
The website consists of only the introduction section, button, 2 written sections, and form. The design system will be provided. You just need to convert it from Adobe XD to a static website.
Notes:
1 - please include your final price in the bid along with some sites that you developed before.
2 - any automated bid will be ignored.
