Front end for 5 ejs pages

For reasons of time constraint I need to edit the front end of 5 pages ejs of an application to manage work requests online
I have already established the backend, I only have to do the front end
The deliverable must be clear so that I can modify it by myself
I use HTML, CSS, javascript, Jquery and reactJS (a little)
