Front-end developer / CSS expert

We are a technology company who is seeking a highly experienced front-end developer who can work remotely as our front-end developer / CSS expert on various projects and tasks as needed.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable with complex design, can provide reasonably quick project turnaround, and possesses strong, proactive communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:
Work directly with our design, product, marketing and growth teams to create delightful experiences and interfaces.
Maintain our marketing site infrastructure, and ensure a proper Wordpress environment.
Participate in constructive code reviews.
Translate designs to code
Contribute ideas to process refinements within the team
Build front-end features
Implement design changes from mockups
Must Haves:
Extensive experience and highly confident with BootStrap 3 or 4, and other frameworks
Extensive experience and highly confident with WordPress that includes building WordPress sites and the fast execution of WordPress template changes
Ability to cleanly implement complex designs
Ability to make graphical changes Photoshop
Strong eye for layout
Structured and unstructured Data Base experience (MySQL, NoSQL, JSON, etc.)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
5+ years of professional programming experience
5+ years of front end development experience - you can develop across multiple platforms.
At least 3-7 years experience professionally building and executing projects
Thorough understanding and experience in modern web and mobile development frameworks and build tools
Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility development and testing concepts
Experience with Git and Pull Request workflow
Highly skilled and knowledgeable with core Javascript/HTML/CSS
Nice To Haves:
UX/UI experience
Graphic design experience
Continuously enhancing creative and technical skills
Experience working with a JS framework like Angular, React, React-Native, or Vue.js.
Ideally, five (5) years of experience working on commercial / agency medium-size front-end projects or equivalent
Excellent understanding of web page performance, debugging, and best practices
Experience working in start-up environments
