Front-end design updates for website

Hello, We are looking for a freelancer to update our website front-end design. All instructions will be given, only programming-editing has to be done. Project is built with HTML, CSS, SCSS and ran on Gulp. It is very imporant to maintain file structure and keep the code structure syntax clean and similar to our code. Experienced developers preffered. We estimate this project could take up to 7 hours max.
