Front end HTML/CSS work

Need front end developer with expertise in HTML/CSS to pixel match the figma design to the existing webpages, and also make pages responsive. Existing stack is Bootstrap, html and css. and backed is Ruby on Rails. Need a long term engagement on hourly basis. Minimum 20 hrs of work per week to start with.
