Front-end Expert (html, CSS, angular)

I am looking for a short work someone proficient on html+css+jquery+angular. My current solution has awful responsive, and many small twists are needed. Then we need to work in some functionality.
The projects are in Angular, html5 and probably would need some twist on some WordPress in the future (not right now). You must be really good skilled and detail oriented to create outstanding UI. We use Figma and some designs are in Adobe xD.
Right now, I have urgency to beautify some UI, make some typography hierarchy in the content, make the UI responsible and deal with alignments from fullstack developers that are not delivering the expected level on UI. Hope being clear enough from our expectations for the new team member.
I need someone ready to work. We work on USA est time. timezone -4 and we work 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
