Freelance Technical Reviewer / System Architect

We are looking for an independent freelance technical reviewer to oversee and review the technical quality of a logistics digital platform developed by an external team.

Scope of work:
• Review system architecture and overall technical design
• High-level code quality review (no daily development)
• Evaluate scalability, performance, and security
• Review APIs and third-party integrations
• Identify technical risks and provide clear recommendations

Requirements:
• Strong background in backend architecture (Laravel or similar)
• Experience in system design and scalability
• Proven experience in code review and technical assessment
• General understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Vue/React level – no implementation required)
• Experience working with outsourced development teams

Engagement:
• Freelance / contract-based
• Limited hours or milestone-based reviews
• Advisory role only (not a developer position)
