Flowbite React Boilerplate Setup

I'm looking for an experienced React developer to set up a Flowbite project boilerplate with the following requirements:

- Landing Page: Includes a navbar, footer, and main page component. Navbar and footer should be reusable across pages.
- Authentication: Implement Clerk for authentication.
- Admin Area: Accessible behind Clerk Auth, with:
- Navbar
- Sidebar (visible on large screens by default, hidden on smaller screens with a toggle button)
- Pages: Dashboard, User Management, Settings
- Theme: Dark and light modes. Fully responsive design for web and mobile UI.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in React and Flowbite
- Experience with Clerk for authentication
- Strong understanding of responsive design
- Familiarity with implementing dark/light mode themes
