Fixing few things on my website build with webflow cms

Please do not apply if you know nothing about Webflow. We will both loose our time and you ll get bad review..
So, I need few features on my website build in webflow cms. All are just for the blog part so it need to be dynamic:
-make a table of content that take H2 and H3 dynamicaly. You can follow that tutorial

- make a box for the product review. I put a pic to show you how it must look like (it s ok if it s not as fancy)
-make a div with the 5 boxes for the best product like in the image

It has to be done really soon coz i ll stop my webflow plan asap
