Fix top slider images in Elementor

Please see attached.
I need this done right now.

Here's what I need........
NOW: Images with colors all pop up at the same time.

I NEED:
1. 3 color blocks slide in from right.
2. First content, button and image pops onto the color block (from the bottom and flips onto the color).
3. Second happens 4 seconds after
4. Third happens 4 seconds after
