Fix css class so that navigator bar will be shown correctly.

Look for webmaster to fix css problem.
1. Use flexbox to list navigator bar(see css class navBar).
2. Split the navigation bar equally.
3. Center the text in the navigation bar sections.
4. Grow dynamically with the number of items.
