Fix Hamburger Menu - not to be <a> tag
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I need to update the mobile toggle code for my hamburger menu. Currently, it's set as an uncrawlable link using an href attribute:

This is causing the "Links are not crawlable" error in Lighthouse PageSpeed Insights.
Requirements:
- Change the current implementation to not be an <a> tag.
