Fix Divi Popup Banner Glitch

After updating a popup banner text on my Divi-driven WordPress site, the Popup Maker bar that sits at the very top has started showing an extra grey strip above the intended blue bar. All I need is for the grey strip to disappear so only the original blue bar remains, and then help me replace the current wording on that blue bar. No colour, font, or layout changes beyond that—just a clean, quick fix.

The site runs Divi + Popup Maker, so familiarity with their settings, a little CSS, and the WordPress Customizer is important. I can supply an image of the correct look along with admin access as soon as we start.
