Fix CSS /JS on Bootstrap site - JQWidgwet experts ONLY

I have a bootstrap site that uses JQWidgets and has quite a few popup forms.
I need the CSS cleaned up on some pages so all forms user the same CSS for their captions and the same CSS their OK/Cancel buttons. Some forms use JS to calculate resizing forms
I need a CSS/HTML/JS expert to help make the pages load faster with common CSS. I think it is a bit disorganized now.
You need to be on UK/European time and expert in CSS/JS/HTML expert with good english.
