Figma into HTML/CSS pages

I have a completed design with all steps, clicks working and all interface / interactions ready on Figma. I need an expert to develop the interfaces in HTML/CSS according to this layout. I prefer Bootstrap and you have to simulate with JSON. Also, have to implement slide on banner. I will share design via chatting.
