Figma to Responsive HTML/CSS Conversion

Hello,

I'm looking for a front-end developer to just create clean, responsive HTML/CSS Bootstrap and Javascript pages from a Figma design.

The design of the pages is already done with Figma now I'm looking for someone who can take inspiration from this design to reproduce it in HTML/CSS and add Javascript for the image slides, and the few little animations.

NB: at the moment I don't have access to the Dev mode of the figma project.

So I need a developer :
1- Able to quickly create this Figma design in HTML/CSS with Bootstrap and add JavaScript code for the slides with simple, clear code.
2- Be able to draw up a schedule for daily deliverables.
3- Organize the project by folder; example :
- project root folder
- css folder
- js folder
- include folder (header / footer / slide / etc.)
4- adjust to be 100% responsive for phone use.
5- a developer who pays attention to figma design details.

Please note that I am only interested in developers who can deliver a responsive design and very fast.
