Figma to HTML conversion

I'm seeking a competent front-end developer to convert a Figma design into a responsive HTML webpage. The design includes an animation. The ideal candidate must ensure that the HTML is compatible with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, and is responsive on mobile phones, tablets, and desktops.
1. I will give you the Figma design for the Home page for desktop, tablet, and mobile. In this Figma design, you can see all the comments for each section.
2. You can use only custom CSS, JS, Bootstrap, and if its really necessary use a plugin.
3. You will be added to a group where a dev will check your work.
4. This conversation must be done before tomorrow evening else I can not pay you a single amount of money.
