FIGMA TO HTML CSS JS Animation type 3 section Convert

I am looking for a freelancer who can convert my Figma design into HTML, CSS, JS with advanced animations such as parallax and scroll-triggered effects. I will provide the design file and the project needs to be completed within a 2 days.
