Expert troubleshooter needed for Bootstrap website

We need an expert Bootstrap website maker who can solve a specific issue in our website. We are trying o pplay a MP4 video file in our Bootstrap website. Video plays fine in Internet Explorer and Firefox. But in Chrome v91 and above, we cannot hear the audio only the visual plays.
