UX/UI Expert for HTML, CSS Modifications

I'm looking for someone with a strong eye for design, excellent HTML and CSS skills, and experience in creating user-friendly interfaces. The ideal candidate will also have experience with creating instructional videos and a deep understanding of brand identity.
The HTML/CSS is embedded in Typescript, so the ideal candidate would be someone that knows how to modify the webpage, though the elements are embedded in Typescript. Also, the initial videos needed are walkthroughs of how to install the chatbots into a webpage. For example, there is a "How To" section on our webpage that needs attention, the candidate that we are looking for would be responsible for updating this, recording, and adding instructional videos on various processes of the installation.
