Our goal is to simplify the user experience by transforming the current tool into a sleek, intuitive wizard that guides users step-by-step through the process. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility and the technical expertise to create a seamless and visually appealing user interface.
Key Responsibilities:
Redesign & Development: Transform our existing HTML-based solar proposal tool into a streamlined wizard. Simplify the user flow while ensuring all essential functionalities are retained.
User Interface Design: Implement a modern, clean, and visually appealing design. Ensure the wizard is user-friendly, responsive, and intuitive.
JavaScript Expertise: Leverage JavaScript to create dynamic, interactive elements within the wizard. Optimize the code for performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Form Handling: Create and manage forms within the wizard to capture user inputs and preferences. Ensure data is validated, stored, and processed accurately.
Integration: Integrate the wizard with existing back-end systems and APIs. Ensure that data flow between the front-end and back-end is smooth and secure.
Testing & Debugging: Rigorously test the wizard across multiple devices and browsers to ensure a consistent and bug-free user experience. Address any issues promptly.
Requirements:
Expert-Level HTML & CSS: Proficiency in creating and styling complex layouts, with a focus on responsiveness and performance.
Advanced JavaScript Skills: Strong experience in vanilla JavaScript (ES6+). Familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue.js is a plus but not mandatory.
UI/UX Design Experience: Ability to create user-centric designs that are both functional and visually appealing. Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is advantageous.
