Experience front-end developer need for components

I am looking for a front-end developer to help cleanup html components or add javascript to a component to make it dynamic. An example of a component would be something similar to codepen where you would have html,css, and js code.
I will provide all coded components (html,css) but am looking for a developer who can rename the classes, cleanup the structure of the code and make it usable.
