Excel to HTML/CSS & Next.js Integration

I have an Excel document that needs to be converted into HTML/CSS code, with all functions integrated using Next.js. I will provide sample Excel files for reference. You don’t need to be highly technical, but attention to detail is crucial.

Key Requirements:
- The HTML/CSS code should visually resemble the Excel document, but can have some differences.
- All functionalities from the Excel document need to be included in the conversion. This includes:
- Form inputs and calculations
- Data visualization (charts/graphs)
- Interactive tables
- The final HTML/CSS code needs to be responsive (mobile-friendly).
