UX Enhancements to React Application (April 2024) - DRAFT ONLY, NOT READY FOR BIDS
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
The main goal of this project is to improve our React application so it looks professional and has a better overall UX.
Below are some of the requirements and will be broken down into milestones.
Work items (subject to change before the project starts, may have minor changes after project starts):
1. set background color to f5f5f5 (should be set in a common css or scss file and reused as a variable in all pages) see screenshot.
2. Scrollbar should not show but only appears when mouse is in the left pane. Go to bing shopping webite and enter search for "laptops" and observe what happens when you scroll the down to the filters and then you move your cursor over the left pane (left pane scrollbar appears) and move it to the center of the screen (left pane scrollbar disappears)
3. scroll bar should be very thin, maybe 10 pixes on all browsers - Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge.
4. Header seems too crowded and needs a bit more spacing and need to increase height ( will send the value later)
5. When you see the list view (one item per row) the logo for walmart seems to go off the screen/item box, it should be within the item box and have some spacing around it.
