Visual Studio Blazor Server Solution.

- The current state of the Blazor Server app is partially responsive.
- The specific functionality that needs to be responsive is the user interface.
- The app should be responsive on all devices, including mobiles and tablets.

2: Make some layout and Styling changes to some existing components/pages.
