Embedding two Formidable forms in two tabs (Smart tabs plugin for Wordpress)

Place two Formidable forms into two tabs using the Smart tabs plugin for Wordpress.

You will be given access to Wordpress wp-admin asyou will NOT need server access. Testing is to be done on a password protected page. Do not ask me for server details as other Freelancers have done - you will not need them.

Both completed forms in the tabs must be accessible to visually impaired / blind people who use JAWS or other screen reading applications. Full details of testing will be requested.

They must also look good in each tabbed box. Re-styling of the forms will be necessary, but accessibility of the forms and tabs is required.

This is not a big job due to the fact that the two forms being complete in terms of fields and conditional logic.

Please do not bid if you are not able to prove experience of the Formidable plugin. Evidence of prior experience will be requested.

An immediate start and quick completion of this small project is required. I am loyal to Freelancers who complete projects well, and on time.
