Elementor design/CSS help

I have built this section https://ecstatic-solomon.149-255-62-1.plesk.page/homev2/ in an elementor loop builder and it pulls in the posts dynamically ok, we need help setting the colours and also some CSS Code to make the background image (which is being pulled dynamically from the featured image on posts) to zoom in like the images below this row but without the text and button moving. If you can quote me for the CSS code to achieve the zoom and also a separate quote for the ACF colouring too.
