Elementor-Based Website Clone and Enhancement

I'm in need of an experienced CSS and JS designer to migrate my entire website onto Elementor.

I have a website in HTML, CSS, and JS. I want to migrate it to WordPress.
There are 2 pages:

1. Home page:
- Just build the responsive page with Elementor

2. Another page (which is a chatbot):
- Build the overall layout of the page with Elementor
- Modify the CSS of the chat plugin to match my original site
- Add small CSS adjustments to make the chat look nicer
- Add JS to properly display an element that is not working well (LaTeX is not displaying correctly)

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in CSS and JS
- Expertise in using Elementor
- Experience optimizing websites for mobile and creating unique animations.
