Edit/Repair Simple CSS Color Files and Create One New One

I have many Domain For Sale Websites.
I bought a Domain for Sale template that included six simple background CSS colors files. However there are several errors in the code such as unknown property, duplicate property, Headings qualified, and comments not formatted correctly. All of the files are identical except for the colors with the same errors. I want to repair or fix the code in all 6 files. It should be easy I think.
One domain I am using it is www.adpdomain.com. I have attached the 6 CSS files.
I also want to create one new background CSS color file in the same format. I am not sure of the name of the colour. It is the blue used in this website: www.aaltcoins.com. It says it is #5283dt. Is that correct? Dodger Blue or Steel Blue look similar. I want to use one of the common colours. It should be a Flat Design Color for use on websites. It should fade left to right the same as the one above.
