Edit 1 HTML pages with my new design fixes

I have a page for universities listing
Task: Fix The Html Template as Required
it Must be redesigned using HTML 5, & Bootstrap 5
caution: Don't use any other JS or CSS framework. use my CSS file.
The fix is not that much, mostly in the header in listing universities, BUT must be perfect.
You have to provide us the full working Html template as per requirements with all the information in this project
Rules
- Once you finish this page you must hand it over for us to check your coding and design
- This is a 2 days max work, you must hand over what have you done directly so my developers can check it directly
- I must approve your handover, approve your design and coding style, everything, everything must be within the standards, and my convenience and satisfaction
- You must work directly on this project if you are not free to take care of it and start directly don’t bid, don’t accept
- missing deadlines and delaying the project is NOT allowed at all, I have the right to cancel the project at any time if you cross the deadline for each page
- I am not sure about the quality of this page code, you can check it before awarding, please later if we found something wrong don't report back it was before, your task is to give full 100% bugs free well-designed page
- the last thing about icons used, some of them will be changed, also the drop-down menu and the popups must be redesigned
- the site must be a fully responsive website, on all devices and all screens, I have attached a design of how it must look on mobile but again must be working on all mobile sizes and browsers.
- the design must pass page speed check and be error-free, if we noticed something in this area you must fix it
