Edit HTML Email Template to Use the HTML IMG tag as a background image instead of the CSS background-image property
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need an email template cleanly edited to change a 'background-image:url' block of code to an image tag while maintaining the elements ontop of the image.

The template is also responsive as well.
