Ecommerce Website Development with HTML/CSS/JS

Hi! I need a small ecommerce website built with HTML/CSS/JS only (no CMS, no Shopify, no WordPress).
Very simple, fast, clean, and mobile-friendly.

Here are the requirements:

1. Pages
1 Home page

10 Product pages (I will provide all photos, text, prices)

1 Contact/Legal/Privacy page (simple)

2. Design
Modern, clean, minimal.

Product grid (2 columns) on homepage.

Each product page must look premium:

big hero image

product title

retail price (crossed out)

outlet price in bold

discount percentage

2–3 extra images

short description in bullet points

reviews section

Sticky “Buy Now – Secure Payment” button on product pages.

I will provide:

product photos

product copy/text

retail & outlet prices

logo + colors

layout references if needed

3. Payments (VERY IMPORTANT)
I do NOT want Shopify, WooCommerce or any platform.

I want direct payments:

Stripe Checkout links (I will provide the links for each product)

PayPal Smart Buttons (you integrate the standard PayPal JS SDK)

The “Buy Now” button on each product page should open either:

Stripe Checkout link

PayPal popup

4. Functionality
No cart system

No account system

No backend

No database

Just static pages + external payment processors

Contact form (optional) can submit via email or form service

5. Technical requirements
Fully responsive (mobile first)

Fast loading

Clean code

Deliverable: full folder with HTML/CSS/JS files ready to upload to my hosting

You can use frameworks like Bootstrap/Tailwind if you want
