Drupal 7.98 to D10.1.2

I am looking for a Drupal developer who can help me migrate my Drupal 7 site to Drupal 10.1.2.
Backup of Drupal 7 site:
- I have a backup of my Drupal 7 site, ensuring the safety of my data during the migration process.
Customization of the site:
- My site is a mix of heavily customized features and out-of-the-box functionalities.
Specific functionality/modules to carry over:
- There are specific functionality and modules in my Drupal 7 site that I want to ensure are carried over to Drupal 10.
- Develop and update specific external modules related to security.
- Develop and update modules related to data import from external sources: Google maps, WhatsApp, Telegram, Twitter, Facebook and txt files (update custom module).
- Installing a Boostrap design (https://www.drupal.org/project/bootstrap).
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Drupal 7 and Drupal 10 migration process
- Strong understanding of both customized and out-of-the-box features in Drupal
- Experience in selectively migrating specific functionality and modules from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10.
I'm expecting the basic steps of the project to be completed in 1 month, and planning to keep developing the new D10 website thereafter.
