I'm in a hurry, so I need some help building a single html/css/jquery/bootstrap-4 page.
The idea with the page is for the customer to create a Diploma by dragging and dropping some fields "on top of" a PDF.
1) The user uploads a PDF
2) The PDF is shown in the middle of the page. On the left side, there should be a couple of variable fields, such as a person's name, course name, and course date...
3) The user can Drag&Drop one field one time, and place it anywhere "on top of" the PDF
4) Once finished - the user clicks Save, and the field name and "coordinates" should be stored in a jquery variable or similar
Should be responsive but not mobile friendly
