Developer Needed for a HTML/CSS landing page

We are looking for someone to help edit our HTML/CSS landing page currently set up. It may require creating a new HTML/CSS simple design stand alone page. The deliverable HTML/CSS files should be mobile responsive, so that the page looks and functions well on devices of different sizes.
