Developer Needed to Build Admin Panel with Next.js 15 & Tailwind CSS 4

I’m looking for a skilled developer to create a high-quality admin panel using Next.js 15 and Tailwind CSS 4.

Requirements:
- UI layout and one page based on provided theme and Figma design
- Admin panel focused on user management

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Next.js 15 and Tailwind CSS 4
- Experience with Figma to implementation
- Strong understanding of admin panel functionalities, especially in user management

Milestones:
- (1) Layout
* 1.1 Logo, alerts, and profile icon
* 1.2 Top-level menus displayed horizontally (upper section), child menus on the left side
* 1.3 AI chatbot panel
- (2) Page
* Sections
* overlay, date range selector, and menu button

Process:
You will complete items 1.1 and 1.2 first for review.
Once approved, I will create the first milestone for the layout.
