Develop a Dynamic and responsive Front-End UI

I'm looking for an experienced front-end developer who can transform provided screenshot designs into a fully responsive, dynamic, and interactive front-end user interface (UI) for our web application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately replicate the UI from provided document and specifications
- Ensure compatibility with modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- Implement dynamic features and interactions as specified.
- Maintain consistency and pixel-perfect alignment with the provided designs.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
- Experience with moderate interactivity implementation
- Prior work with responsive design
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to translate designs accurately
