Design a "dungeons and dragons" style HTML/CSS roadmap

For this project I need a graphic designer with HTML and CSS skills to design and code a roadmap that is inspired by dungeons and dragons. Attached is asketch of the global style of the roadmap. It should have 9 milestones in the form of Runes or Glyphs in SVG format. Each milestone should have a "done", "current" and "upcoming" state. Respond with "let's do this project" at the start of your bid to be considered for award.

The final deliverable should be a fully responsive HTML, CSS roadmap using SVG graphics.
