In-Design to Responsive HTML/TailwindCSS

I am in need of a freelancer who can convert my In-Design files into a responsive HTML/TailwindCSS project. I will be providing the files soon, so timely delivery is a must. The final layout should be responsive and the project should be compatible with the last two browser versions. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in In-Design, HTML, and TailwindCSS. Experience with responsive design and browser compatibility is a must. The are 3 pages in total.
