Design Elementor Homepage for Real Estate News Site

I am looking for a skilled designer to create an Elementor homepage for my real estate news site. The primary goal of the website is to provide news updates, so it is important that the design is clean and modern. I prefer a minimalistic style with a focus on bold typography.

I want the homepage to prominently feature news articles, with a clean and easy-to-use layout. Additionally, I would like to include an email newsletter sign-up form and a search bar for easy navigation.

The current design of the site is using Essential Addon for Elementor:

I like the design but the problem is that this plugin is not compatible with BUddyBoss so I need to switch all of the design from this plugin to Elementor Pro
